By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, which form an agreement between you and Relic Ventures LLC, trading as Relic Tools. All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice; product images are illustrative and minor variations may occur. We may cancel and refund any order arising from a pricing or listing error. An order is accepted when we confirm it and/or dispatch the goods; we may refuse or cancel any order, including where fraud is suspected, with any amount paid refunded. We currently ship within the United States only. Except as expressly stated or required by law, products are provided “as is” and we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose; tools must be used for their intended purpose with appropriate safety equipment. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
