Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your tools. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping where applicable. To start a return, contact info@relictools.com with your order number and photos of the issue if relevant; we will confirm the return address and process. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days of receiving the return or approving the claim. Items damaged through misuse, or returned incomplete without prior agreement, may not qualify for a full refund. Relic Tools is a brand operated by Relic Ventures LLC, Sheridan, Wyoming, USA.
